Senior Marketing Manager - Established Business

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Established Business team.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing product portfolio in the US and Canada.  As the engine that drives our business, you will be responsible for setting the long-term strategy that guides the Established business unit, with tactics including but not limited to: product renovation, assortment optimization, line extension development and commercialization.  You will lead Marketing’s Three-Year Integrated Plans and be expected to excel in cross-functional execution, collaborating within Marketing but also with other key departments throughout the organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute strategy for the Established Business
  • Lead Marketing’s Three-Year Integrated Plans development
  • Partner with Insights team to identify consumer driven innovation and renovation opportunities
  • Advance new products through Stage Gate process and support and guide team member’s projects
  • Champion and advance initiatives working with Sales, Brand, and cross-functional leaders
  • Work closely with the Brand team to influence consumer support priorities and positioning
  • Manage package design and product pillar strategy
  • Collaborate with Operations on short and long term priorities, assortment decisions, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Sales and our retailer partners to grow the Frozen Seafood category
  • Directly manage and develop two-three junior members of the team and be a resource for other members of the broader marketing team

What you’ll need:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, with a strong preference for CPG Food
  • A demonstrated ability to lead a business unit and drive growth on an established business
  • Project management experience and evidence of success
  • Excellent record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Agility and the ability to balance long term planning with the day-to-day decision making needed to keep the business growing
  • High energy and team sprit
  • Skilled use of PowerPoint, IRI/Nielsen data
