If accepted for employment, I agree to execute an agreement which protects Gorton's interest in its trade secrets and proprietary information, as well as any information, discoveries or inventions made by me during the period of my employment with Gorton's.

I have been advised that it is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.

I understand that my application will remain active for 90 days from the date received by Gorton's. If I wish to be considered for employment beyond 90 days, I must contact Gorton's Human Resources Department at the conclusion of the 90-day active period.
