As an Associate Marketing Manager, at our Gloucester, Massachusetts headquarters, you will conduct analysis, develop recommendations, and execute marketing programs. Over time, you will be given greater responsibility in the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to grow our business. You will be expected to effectively lead and collaborate with, cross-functional teams made up of peers in other disciplines, which include Research & Development, Operations, Finance and Sales. The goal of our marketing assignments is to develop talented individuals for greater responsibility in marketing and general management.
- Recent or 2019 MBA graduate with concentration in marketing
- Well-developed interest in consumer products marketing
- Strong business analysis and creative capabilities
